Busy Week!

TRI-GOLF FESTIVAL

Ten Year 4 and 5 children took part in a Tri-Golf Festival at Sherdons Golf Centre on Wednesday 15^th June. They all enjoyed a fun packed afternoon playing a range of challenging golf activities. The team came a commendable 5^th place out of eleven schools that participated. Many thanks to the parents who helped with transportation.

The golfers taking part were: Jason Burley, Sam Graef, Jake Graef, Patrick Collins, Jade Channing, Rebecca MacDonald, Martyn Reese, Levana Hanson, Charlotte Booth and William Sayers.

TRACK ATHLETICS

On a windy evening on Tuesday 21st June, our 2011 Athletics Team took to the race track at Tewkesbury High School. They competed in sprints, middle distance runs, long distance runs, hurdles, bean bag relays and baton relays. There were some very good results in many of the races! They battled hard and finished 3rd overall for the large schools. Many thanks to the parents for their continued support!
